How can you help purchasing a house?

How much does a you adviser services cost?
Mostly we receive a commission from lenders, which means that our services could be provided to you at no cost. However, certain cases we may charge a fee for advice guidance or services where a lender does not provide a commission, and we will ensure that you are fully informed of any associated costs.

What documents do I need to provide?
You will generally be required to provide documentation that verifies your income, along with bank statements, identification, proof of address and information regarding your assets and liabilities.

How long does the Finance process take?
The duration of the process may differ, but it generally spans from a few days to a few months from the time of application to the final settlement, depending upon the lender and your specific circumstances.

How can you help Renewing/Refixing my loan with my current lender?
We can engage in negotiations with your existing lender to obtain more favourable terms or rates that align with your needs.

Can your services help if I have bad credit?
